I had such a great experience at Andy’s Frozen Custard! The girl and guy working there were both extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. They took their time with my order, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s always nice to be helped by employees who genuinely care about their customers. They definitely made my visit better, and I’ll be coming back!

Texas two step. All the strawberries were at the bottom </3 also got butter cake. We felt like portions and toppings were skimpy

Complete rip-off. We went to Andy's to get my son an ice cream after his first haircut. I've been to Andy's before, I know it's pricey but I usually feel like it's somewhat worth the premium. Today we got a kid size cup of ice cream with cookie dough and sprinkles to go. They charged me roughly $6.50 for this. I opened the bag when I got home and there was the smallest little scoop of ice cream in it, maybe 8 pieces of cookie dough, and some sprinkles. I think they charged me a full topping price for some sprinkles which is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they can't even fill the cup with ice cream when they're charging insane prices like that is insulting. In comparison, you can get a full kid's meal (burger/tenders, fries/fruit, milk/juice, AND ice cream with a topping) from Culver's for the same price or possibly even cheaper. And at Culver's they actually fill the cup with ice cream and load up the toppings. Safe to say, Andy's has lost me as a customer today.

This Andy’s location used to be our family’s favorite place — my kids always looked forward to coming here. But this last visit was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I ordered my usual Oreo concrete, but it had almost no Oreos. A young girl served me at first and was polite when I mentioned it. She went inside to ask her manager, and he angrily threw away the entire cup and made a new one — but again with even fewer Oreos than before. When I politely said I still didn’t see many Oreos, he told me to remove the napkin around the cup, but there were still barely any. I then asked if I could have some Oreos on the side. The manager brought a small cup but accidentally spilled it inside my car, and instead of apologizing, he said it was “in your hand”, blaming me. When I calmly questioned him, he became rude, started trash-talking, and even used profanity in front of my kids. He then threatened to ban me from the store and call the police, and as I was leaving, he took pictures of my car, which felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. It was shocking to see someone who calls himself a manager behave this way — especially in front of children. This location used to be our g
